My name is Pedro Garcia, and I work as an independent exclusive buyer's agent in Sotogrande, on la Costa del Sol, Spain.

Born in Madrid in 1955, I'm a civil engineer and a licensed API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria).

I have lived in Sotogrande since 1985.

I have worked as Commercial Director and Technical Manager of Financiera Sotogrande SA (now Sotogrande SA), the company that owns and develops Sotogrande. And later, for the BSCH bank (now Santander) managing its vast portfolio of properties in Andalusia (more than 3,500 properties).

As a Buyer's Agent I represent only you. My job is to listen to your requirements and "wish list" of the features you would like in your new home. I will then search to find those unique attributes in Sotogrande real estate properties that match your preferences.
I am very familiar with the Sotogrande area, having been a key executive for the developer, Financiera Sotogrande.

What I will do for you:

Help you find a property that meets your needs in terms of price range, sotogrande of Sotogrande you like, number of bedrooms, etc.
If needed, negotiate price, terms and conditions for the property on your behalf.
Prepare the purchase contract (handled by a real estate attorney).
Go on-site for property inspections.
Search for adequate financing and tax planning.
Coordinate the closing.
